Our outdoor adventures may include exposure to natural elements like ticks, snakes, and bees. We take every precaution, but The Dog Camp is not liable for wildlife encounters or related health issues. We recommend regular flea and tick prevention for all dogs.
When appointments are canceled last minute, it’s often too late for us to fill your spot with another pup in need of care or an adventure. This time has been reserved just for your dog, and our team has already prepared transportation, gear, and staffing.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service, a fee equal to 50% of the total cost will apply.
For cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.
